Using any illegal or unauthorized means to generate traffic or sales.
You will earn a commission credits for each qualified sale generated through your affiliate links except from sale made from your own account. The commission rate and terms will be outlined in the Program details.
Commissions will be paid to you when you reached a specified minimum amount upon request. We reserve the right to withhold payment for any sales that are deemed invalid or fraudulent.
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your participation at any time. Your affiliate account shall be suspended if there's no activity for 1 year.
Currency Converter API / Ipsumer IT Services owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Program, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials. You may not use any of Currency Converter API / Ipsumer IT Services' intellectual property without our express written permission.
Currency Converter API / Ipsumer IT Services makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Program or its products or services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
